Ingredients

Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined
Gently heat your skillet and melt ~2 tbsp of butter
Pour in the batter
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes
Serve with your topping of choice: berries, icing sugar, whipped cream
