Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g sugar 2 tbsp
  • 120 ml milk 1/2 cup
  • 5 g vanilla 1 tsp
  • 70 g flour 1/2 cup
  • 2 g salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined
  • Gently heat your skillet and melt ~2 tbsp of butter
  • Pour in the batter
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes
  • Serve with your topping of choice: berries, icing sugar, whipped cream
