This pancake is kind of like a delicious giant Yorkshire pudding that’s really fun and easy to make! Can you guess where this dish is originally from? Hint: it’s not the Netherlands 😛

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 25g sugar (2 tbsp)
- 120ml milk (1/2 cup)
- 5g vanilla (1 tsp)
- 70g flour (1/2 cup)
- 2g salt (1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined
- Gently heat your skillet and melt ~2 tbsp of butter
- Pour in the batter
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes
- Serve with your topping of choice: berries, icing sugar, whipped cream
